Republican Rep. James Comer from the House Judiciary Committee of Energy and Commerce, solely sponsored and has introduced House Revision 3530 last Friday, July 28, 2017.  The revision, if passed, would amend the Controlled Substances Act to exclude industrial hemp from the definition of marijuana, and for other purposes.

With a big win for the amazing veterans of our country, the US Senate Appropriations Committee has voted to revise the amendment that would allow Doctors in the Dept. of Veteran Affairs to recommend MMJ as treatment.

Let’s keep the momentum going to having the House vote for the H.R. 1227 – The Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2017.  Click here to send a letter to your local statesmen and stateswomen TODAY!!
